Camille Bailey

Owner/Principal Interior Designer

Since joining Spaces in 2009, Camille Bailey has gleefully checked all the boxes. Grunt, junior designer, accountant, bookkeeper, lead designer, owner and head unicorn wrangler. Through it all—even the lean years—her oversized coffee mug (and messy desk) overfloweth. After all, she’s had a plethora of stellar clients and killer projects, plus an amazing mentor in Kim Ciesynski, former Spaces owner and current principal designer. This top dog (don’t tell Clark or Leigh) gushes about design this way. “Installing a project and seeing the finishes come together is like Christmas morning.” No wonder she’s so merry. Camille spends her free time glamping (it’s a thing, look it up) alongside her tribe with a Yeti-chilled drink in her manicured hand. Yep, she’s a dichotomy, and we’re all better off for it.

Fun by Design

Favorite dream job: Professional taste tester.
Favorite sport to play/watch: Yuck. No sports.
Must-have items on a desert island: Chapstick plus lots of gin and tonic.
Current superpower: Visions of designs dance in her head.

Michelle Foy

Senior Interior Designer

At the corner of architecture and interior design, you’ll find Michelle Foy, NCIDQ, AIA Allied Member and NV Registered Interior Designer #103. This senior designer brings a diverse wealth of experience to every client’s party. Her work is expertly guided by creativity, collaboration and a complete understanding of all things visually appealing AND fully functional. An organized thinker and communicator, Michelle has a superpower: the ability to relate concepts and ideas visually. Michelle delights in storm chasing for fresh powder days with her family and creating vibrant floral bouquets.

Kim Ciesynski

Founder/Principal Interior Designer

After more than three beautiful decades under her designer belt (see what we did there?), it’s safe to say Kim Ciesynski is a rock star. And she has the resume to prove it. NCIDQ and NV Registered Interior Designer #037 is the founder and principal designer at Spaces. Kim was a 12-year Board member of the Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design and Residential Design, and Past President/Board Member of the Board of Directors of the Council for Interior Design Qualification. All that said, Kim would much rather be known for creating interiors that truly reflect her clients’ character. Oh yes, and a zealous globetrotter.

Favorite sports: Skiing and Pickleball
Favorite things to collect: Kubas from Africa
Ideal getaway: Italy. Hope to have a vacation home there someday.
Best way to unwind: Adult beverages with friends.

Aubrey Trabert

Project Manager

Aubrey Trabert can smell good design a mile away. This makes perfect sense when you consider she’s a fragrance aficionado, complete with her own YouTube channel. (150 videos and counting, 13,000+views, 100% legit.) We’re thankful that she brings yet another layer of design to our residential and commercial clients, not to mention expertise in finance and operations—the real reason we invited her to join our team. Her decade of experience helping small businesses thrive, her attention to detail and her beautifully analytical self bring a fresh, invigorating vibe to Spaces.

After-hours-Aubrey golfs, camps, skis, reads mysteries and spends quality time with her husband and son.

Fun by Design

Favorite season: Halloween through Christmas. (Best holidays, great scents.)
Favorite car color: Navy blue with sparkles.
Current superpower: Beautiful cursive.
Desired superpower: For the love of fun, the ability to slow time.

Clark (as in Gable)

The Welcoming Committee

To the untrained eye, it may seem like Clark sleeps on the job like nobody’s business. Rest assured, he takes his role very seriously here at Spaces. From official greeter to QA tester of all things soft ‘n fluffy, from foot warmer to loyal shadow, Clark earns his keep—preferably in treats and toys. His uncanny ability to brighten every room he walks into helps keep us and our awesome clients and vendors happy and healthy. And of course, hairy. (Hair removal rollers available upon request.)

Favorite human: Mom (Camille); everyone else is a close second.
Favorite food: Lettuce
Favorite sport: Bug catching.
Dislikes: Being woken up from a snooze to go potty, and strawberries.

Leigh

Starlet

Named after movie star Vivien Leigh, this future leading lady is currently an avid follower of her mom, Camille—a role she happily shares with Clark. Puppy exuberance and endearing clumsiness headline this starlet’s resume. Style points: not quite yet but we’re bound to rub off on her. Belly scratches, playing with her big brother and office meet ‘n greets are among her favorite pastimes thus far.

Favorite napping spot: Wherever Clark is.

Quinn Paden

Director of Finance

Behind every great designer is a brilliant numbers person to keep them perfectly in check. For us, that person is Quinn Paden, our numbers guru. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the design process including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and handholding. Staying on top of the deets with nary a seam is just how she rolls, whether for Spaces or her own bookkeeping business, Quintessential Bookkeeping. When she is not trying to stay warm summer, winter, spring and fall, Quinn enjoys catching her dinner on the lake with her dirt-bike-loving family.

Fun by Design

Favorite sport to play/watch: Volleyball/my daughter playing volleyball.
Desired superpower: To cure what ails people. Plus, making whatever food I crave appear instantly.
Animal or people person: Animal person by nature. People person by necessity.
